I am an active investor in common stock, preferred stock, mutual funds and exchange-traded products. I specialize in income and activist investing, but maintain a well-diversified fundamental strategy including active funds, growth and value picks. I do not own forex, crypto, or raw metals, as these do not generate actual value.

Current Portfolio
For direct stock investments, I mainly focus on areas I have personal interest or experience in, with additional criterias including stable recurring cashflow, future potential for dividends, being located in a free democratic country and a neutral to positive ESG/societal impact.
For investment corporations and mutual funds, I want half-active to active management with methodologies that I personally support and approve of.
